Pineapple Tequila Blanco

Coconut & Chilli Margarita

Inspired by the flavours of Thailand, this beautifully balanced drink certainly packs a punch. HACIEN Tequila Blanco shaken with chilli, ginger, coconut and lime.

Ingredients

1 Serving

HACIEN Tequila Blanco

ml
Lime juice
15

ml
Coconut syrup

ml
Ginger beer
+
ml
Muddle 1cm of green chilli (no seeds)
+
ml
Lime twist

METHOD

  1. Muddle the green chilli in a Boston shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients (excluding the lime twist) and shake well with ice.
  3. Fine strain into a martini/coupe glass.
  4. Top up with ginger beer and gently mix it together.
  5. Garnish with the lime twist.
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
