Mexican 75

A French 75 with a Jalisco twist. Put some bubbles in your Tequila Blanco with this classic Champagne cocktail.

Ingredients

HACIEN Tequila Añejo Cristalino

ml
Agave syrup
+
ml
2 fresh raspberries

ml
Lemon juice
+
ml
2 mint leaves
+
ml
champagne

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients, excluding the Champagne, to a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
  2. Fine strain ingredients into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with Champagne and gently stir together.
  4. Garnish with a skewer of raspberries and 2 mint leaves.

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
