A revitalising pairing of elderflower and grapes with vibrant Prosecco and our smooth, subtle Tequila Blanco.

Ingredients

HACIEN Tequila Blanco

Elderflower syrup

Lime juice
+
ml
6 white grapes (muddled)

ml
Ice cubes (6-7)
+
ml
Top with prosecco

METHOD

  1. Muddle the grapes in a Boston shaker.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients (excluding the prosecco) and shake well with ice.
  3. Double strain this into a highball over ice.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with a skewer of grapes and mint sprig.
